A COATS PAISLEY WEDING FILM
Lara & Liam's wedding at Coats in Paisley was full of colour and character — spectacular confetti, a few familiar faces (Luna the dog included), and a film woven through with footage from their own family archive. Here's their highlight film and the story of the day.
The Story of
LARA & LIAM'S DAY
Some wedding films are built entirely from the day itself. Lara & Liam's reaches a little further back than that — because woven through it is footage from their own lives long before Coats, home video we digitised and folded into the film so the day sits inside the bigger story of the two of them. It's one of our favourite things to do, and it gives their film a depth that a single day's filming never quite can on its own.
The day at Coats matched that warmth. Paisley gave them a celebration full of colour and life, and nowhere more so than the confetti — a genuinely spectacular burst of it, the kind of moment that needs no staging and films beautifully all on its own.
And then there was Luna. No wedding is quite complete without the dog, and Luna made her appearance for photos in the way only a wedding dog can — stealing a little of the attention and all of the affection.
We filmed it the way we always do: quietly, in the background, letting the day run at its own pace. The result is a film that feels like Lara & Liam — colourful, personal, and reaching from their past right into their day.
