Nicola & Alistair | 5/8/23 | Ayrshire
One of the most important parts for us on every Wedding we film is making the couple feel comfortable with us being there, and while we do this in various ways, one of the best is to already know the couple, and having filmed Nicolas twin sister's Wedding the year before, Nicola & Alistair was certainly one we were looking forward to (even if there was a bit of deja vu!)
Rowallan Castle is a venue we had been looking forward to visiting for a long time and it is absolutely beautiful - A stately house set up its own drive with a equally stunning interior, it provided the perfect setting for Nicola & Alistair's special day!
The morning was one full of smiles and laughs as they got ready for the Ceremony, and before long Alistair was greeting the guests as they arrived in the bright Ayrshire sunshine.
Alistair was soon waiting at the top of the aisle and the ceremony was an amazing tribute to them and their story!
The afternoon quickly followed with some photographs and catching up with their nearest and dearest before heading into the wonderful and heartfelt speeches.
Now with the rain making a slight appearance during the afternoon the rest of the photos had been delayed, and just as well - Alistair and Nicola were greeted with an absolutely spectacular sunset that we were able to capture!
After an always popular confetti toss it was onto a first dance to the incomparable Tswift and they danced the night away, surrounded by their loved ones celebrating the day!
