This is the most important part for us ; The key thing about choosing any supplier for your Wedding is to make sure they match what you want for your day. We'll arrange a no obligation chat either in person or over the phone so you can meet me and make sure we're the right fit for you.

If you decide to go ahead, we will send over a quote with all your options available. Once you've decided and your deposit transferred, your date will be booked!
PRE - WEDDING
PLANNING
In between booking and the Wedding, we love to hear about any plans or ideas you have! We have blogs and guides to many of the different aspects of the day that we are happy to share.
LEAD UP
TO THE DAY
Four weeks before the date, we will send over our questionnaire (apologies in advance - it will be one of many!) for all your timings and details. We will get a schedule for us made up from this, and arrange a final catch up to go over everything.
THE BIG
DAY!
It's finally arrived; All the planning and hard work have paid off and it's time to celebrate with everyone that is important to you. We will be there to capture everything as it happens - all the laughs, the tears, and all the moments that mean the most to you.
EDITING
& DELIVERY
The first stage for us after your Wedding is to get everything securely backed up, and then the editing begins. If you have teaser films booked then these will be delivered first, and then when your films are ready, will be uploaded to your gallery and delivered straight to your inbox; Pop the prosecco, its time to live it all again!
Availability
& INITIAL DETAILS
Once your enquiry comes through, we’ll check availability for your date and send over the relevant information. If we are available, you’ll receive details about packages, pricing and next steps so you can decide whether it feels like the right fit.
There's no pressure or hassling messages; Simply about making sure we have your date available and that our approach feels right for you.

If everything feels like a good fit, we can arrange a call to talk through your plans properly. This is a chance to ask questions, talk about the kind of film you’re drawn to, and get a feel for how we work on the day.
It does not need to be overly formal — just a relaxed conversation about your wedding and what matters to you.
Securing
YOUR DATE
Once you’re ready to book, we’ll send over the booking agreement and invoice for the booking fee. Once those are complete, your date is officially secured and we’ll be there for your wedding.
We only take a limited number of weddings each year, so once your date is booked, it is held just for you.
Before
THE WEDDING
In the lead-up to the wedding, we’ll gather the details we need to prepare properly — timings, locations, key people, ceremony plans, speeches, music, and anything that feels especially important to you.
We do not need to script the day or over-plan every moment. The goal is simply to understand the flow of the wedding so we can work calmly and naturally when the day arrives.
On
THE DAY
On the day itself, our approach is calm, friendly and unobtrusive. We work quietly around what is already happening, capturing the real moments as they unfold while giving gentle direction when it helps — especially during couple portraits or moments where a little guidance makes everything feel more natural.
The aim is always for you to feel present in the day, not pulled away from it.

We had the pleasure of having Connor and Maciej filming our wedding day in October 2022 and we were (and still are) blown away with just how great they are.
